Day 2 – More fun and madness!
Today we went Bananas as we spun the wheel, swatted the mozzies (bubbles), made a board game, sang some great songs and learnt about Gideon from the Bible and the story of Sam, a boy who made mistakes but found forgiveness at the cross.
Looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow.

‘Going Bananas’ Holiday Club! is a 4-day fun event for children (school years Reception to Year 5) run by volunteers from Duncan Road Church. We start at 10.00am and finish at 12noon. It’s fun! it’s free!
Two hours of fun, games, Bible stories, competitions, DVD’s, songs and much more!
An action-packed programme with stories from both the Old and New Testament. Some Bible characters seem to have “gone bananas” for God, but these programmes show that loving, trusting and following Jesus is in fact the sanest thing that anyone can do.
