More shenanigans at Speakers Corner today!
What do you do when you can’t answer an argument? Sensible people walk away, but one thug decided to punch and kick his opponent. The first hour of my time in the park was being a witness for Ish as the Police eventually arrived in the park and tried to sort things out. You would expect it to be straight forward, a number of witness willing to give a statement, video evidence from a number of sources and yet, the man from ‘the religion of peace’ is allowed to walk away!
The rest of the afternoon provided some good opportunities, the highlight being a particularly good discussion with Simeon and atheist, raised in a Christian family but turned his back on religion when he was 18. Look forward to chatting to him again sometime.
