A very good afternoon at Speakers Corner, the weather was good and the locals friendly – lol
A couple of highlights, #1: when we gave a gospel of Luke to Sami a young Moslem man from the USA visiting this country, his face lit up with delight, “That’s the first time I have ever been given a book like this.” – pray that he will read it!
#2: An interesting conversation with Julian, a man in his 50’s, Western dress and at first not giving very much away, as the conversation developed I discovered he had been a Moslem for 20yrs converting from a Christian background. Good to remind him again of the uniqueness of Jesus Christ in the claims that he made, the miracles he performed and the the witness of those who encountered him.
