Having finished stage 1 of their FirstServe programme at Tilsley College,<\/a> the FirstServe participants are about to go on stage 2 and work alongside a local UK Church, before experiencing stage 3 which is their their overseas placemement.<\/p>\n

\"FS<\/a><\/p>\n

\u2022 Jayne Boyd<\/strong> – UK church placement based at Bethany City Church,
\nSunderland, commencing tomorrow.
\nIn January she will depart to Algeciras, Spain and will remain there for five
\nmonths. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Samuel Downs<\/strong> – UK Church placement based at Duncan Road Church<\/a>,
\nFareham, working with Gordon & Pennt Curley commencing 2nd November.
\nIn January he will depart to GLO Alive, Zambia and will remain there for three
\nmonths. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Loretta Hirons<\/strong> – UK church placement based at Scrabo Hall, Belfast,
\ncommencing Monday.
\nIn January she will depart to Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania and will remain there
\nfor three months. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Ella Maffey<\/strong> – UK church placement based at Glebe Chapel, Newent,
\ncommencing 17th October.
\nIn January he will depart to GLO Alive, Zambia and will remain there for three
\nmonths. <\/p>\n

\u2022 April Summers <\/strong>– UK church placement based at Greenview Church,
\nGlasgow, commencing tomorrow.
\nIn December she will depart to Trujillo, Peru and will remain there for three
\nmonths. <\/p>\n

In February 2016 two more FirstServe participants will start the programme:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Emily Bartlett <\/strong>– UK church placement based at Regent Chapel, Newcastle.
\nOverseas placement confirmed for Karumandorai, India. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Kirsty Lavelle<\/strong> – Confirmed placement on the programme. Interested in
\noverseas placement at Chengelo School, Zambia. <\/p>\n

FirstServe<\/a> is a unique discipleship and missions programme, primarily for 18-25 year-olds on a gap year, or those with a shorter time available.<\/p>\n
