More than twenty people turned up to \u2018create&#8217; or just to chat. Past school friends were reunited and new friends were made as mums turned up whose children attend the Friday night \u2018Kids Klub\u2019 and the Thursday morning \u2018Noah\u2019s Ark\u2019 Parent\/Carer group at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.drchurch.info\" title=\"Duncan Road Church\" target=\"_blank\">Duncan Road Church<\/a>. Other Christians from some of the local churches brought along neighbours and relatives which all went to make a nice wide-ranging mix of people.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gcurley.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/craft.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gcurley.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/craft-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"craft\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1901\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gcurley.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/craft-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.gcurley.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/craft.jpg 559w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Everyone felt welcome and enjoyed the experience of being able to play at making things!<br \/>\nMince pies and refreshments were enjoyed and at the end of the evening invitations to the Christmas Services were readily received along with booklets explaining the real meaning of Christmas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ladies Craft evening at Duncan Road Church went with a lovely Christmas swing.
