Happy Christmas from the Curley’s!
\nWe are joining with our European and Latin American friends in exchanging presents (and enjoying the Christmas dinner) tonight on Christmas Eve.<\/p>\n

Penny’s wrist has not healed and she is expecting to be in hospital tomorrow for an operation. Wires and plate because it\u2019s all slipped, hence the pain!<\/p>\n

Wishing everyone a peaceful Christmas and a happy New Year<\/p>\n

Happy Christmas\u201d is what I chose to say
\nBut other greetings are used for the day
\nBy one and all during the festive season
\nAnd foreign languages are the reason <\/p>\n

There’s “Frolyke Kerst feest” or “Jou Noel”
\n“Felleeth Navidad” even “Glaydlig Yool”
\n“Kalla Kristoogenna”, “Booon Natarlee”
\n“Boas Festas” or “Sheng Dan Kwhy Lee” <\/p>\n

You could say “Frelicker Vineakten”
\nOr maybe “Roshdesrom Kristovim” then
\nSo you can say it in very many ways
\nBut please never say \u201cHappy Holidays!”<\/p>\n
